If a subscription ends, the associated license may become inactive according to the plan terms. Existing open-position management behavior is governed by the EA design, but new trades should not be allowed without an active license.
The published refund policy should match the actual Stripe settings, support workflow, and product-delivery logic so that the website, billing layer, and license system all say the same thing.
